The abstract deadline is February 3 for the 10th annual meeting of the International Society for Evolution, Medicine, and Public Health will be at Vanderbilt University in Nashville this year, just before a big symposium to celebrate the centenary of the Scopes trial.

Wonderful keynote speakers include Robert Woods on evolutionary medicine in the infectious disease clinic, Silvie Huijben on mosquito transmitted diseases, Jon Arvid Agren on the Paradox of the Organism, and Amelia Jernigan on obesity and uterine cancer.

All are welcome, especially students and clinicians who are not yet experts in the area.
